After 20 years service in New Zealand with 65th Regiment of Foot (UK), Sergeant Feltham was discharged and joined the Ranks of The Enrolled Pensioner Force in 1866. Nine years later, he rose to the Position of Assistant Warder, Convict Dept. Fremantle. Wife Catherine, daughter Alicia. Died 31 Oct 1905 buried in Fremantle Cemetery.
