The Himalaya departed Tilbury 26/1/1962 docking along the way at Port Said 2/2/62, Aden 5/2/62, Colombo 10/2/62 & Fremantle 17/2/62 then traveling to Melbourne & Sydney. Our family cabin was E220 & much of the original documentation still exists including Passenger Boarding Passes & Equator Crossing Certificates.
