Michele left his home in Sinagra, Sicily in search of a better life for his family. He lived in Northbridge until his wife, Maria & children, Carmelo, Albert, Concetta & Leo joined him in 1953. The family settled in Victoria Park & many years later Michele and Maria moved to Balcatta.
