Read their story
David Farquhar, a ships carpenter worked his way from Scotland in 1922, aged 21. After disembarking he went North working at his trade on stations & later in Geraldton. In 1928 he ventured into tomato growing. After marrying, he & his wife had three children & retired to Kalamunda in 1958.
