Dad, mum Paula Jacqueline, flew to Marble Bar to live. Dad got work at Bamboo Creek Gold Mine. The 4 of us made the total population become 20. We learned to live with snakes, goannas and kangaroos who licked your feet in the mornings if you slept under the stars.
