The ship went via Cape of Good Hope because the Suez was closed. Arrived into Fremantle, had a look around Bunbury region & drove in a combi van over to FNQ via NT. We camped on the way in various sites, including Geike Gorge & Pythons Pool, Mataranka, Mt Isa Caravan Park. Settled in Mossman. Some family then moved to WA & VIC.
