My parents arrived in Fremantle 31/12/1950 & disembarked 1/1/1951. My father was contracted to work for WAGR for 2 yrs. Their first home was a tent in Northam. They later went to Kondinin. When his term was up they purchased a vineyard in the Swan Valley where they lived till retirement.
