Vera Dutton and I were friends during primary school (Linaker Street County Primary, Southport) and I was deprived of her delightful presence when the Duttons emigrated. I have made the best of an unpromising start in life and currently live in the US but moving back this year with my American wife.I'd love to know that life has gone well for the pretty fair-haired girl in a gingham dress who warmed my heart all those years ago
