Maurice worked Harland & Wolfe in ship building, Belfast. One of the last ships he worked on was the Canberra. He worked on construction & finally on hospital ward furniture when in Australia. Dorothy worked in the Ladybird factory in Belfast & in the John Mercer Hospital in Australia.
