Arrived in Fremantle and worked in North Fremantle until 1957. Drove to North QLD, cut sugar cane & worked in the tobacco fields until 1960. He then became a Tobacco Grower in Northern NSW. Left to return to WA in September of 1964 and worked at Cockburn Cement until retirement in 1995.
