Left Italy to join her husband & father, Giuseppe. After the death of Giuseppe in 1968, Assunta held various factory jobs. Maria married John Victor Christou in 1970 & had three children - Jason, Allison & Amanda. Maria taught Italian & worked in State Education. Assunta has helped raise Maria's three children.
