When I arrived all passengers left the port, however I remained on the jetty. My godfather finally arrived (by train) approximately one hour later and we caught the train to West Leederville where I resided for approximately two years.In 1963 I worked at Wittenoom for approximately 2 years. I then met my wife (Angela Sabetta) who also migrated to Australia in 1959. She arrived on the vessel Neptunia. In 1965 we married and settled in West Leederville. We now have three sons and live in Mt Hawthorn.
