The Denney Family's journey to WA proved to be quite tragic. John 19yrs enlisted 1914, James 22yrs enlisted 1915 - both killed at Gallipoli. The two daughters married. May had 3 children, lived 88 years. Maud Annie had 3 children, lived 95 years. Cyril, unmarried, lived 73 years. None of the family returned to England.

  • I and my husband have just come home after spending five wonderful weeks near Perth, we visited Kings Park and were so pleased to find the boys names on the war memorial.
