Maria Della Pona arrived with her 3 children Olga, Angelo & Carlo to start a new life with her husband Angelo, who had arrived in Western Australia 7 years earlier. Karrawang Woodline near Kalgoorlie is where their new life began amongst the dust, heat & flies, a far cry from the beautiful mountains of Tresenda which they had left behind.
