Marina married Gino De Conti prior to his departure to Australa in 1954. She joined him in 1955 in Lismore, where they lived on the land, growing bananas & vegetables. They had 4 daughters, Diana, Yvonne, Cathy & Loretta. The family moved to Perth in 1973, due to Gino's health and lived in Woodlands.
