Mario was born June 30, 1926 in Pederobba Treviso, Italy. Arriving in Australia in 1950 he went to Southern Cross where he earned 9 pounds a fortnight. In March 1952 his wife Nedda & son Robert joined him. In 1954 they moved to No 5 Pumping Station. In 1956, Daughter Deanna was born. Mario and Nedda have lived in Kewdale since 1968.
