Originally from Madeira, Portugal Ivo & Lola settled in Cape Town after marrying in 1967. A year later daughter Jacqueline was born 20/09/1968 and soon after they decided to emigrate to Perth, Western Australia to raise the family which grew to include Dolores in 1971 and Ivo in 1979.
