Third migrant to be employed in Collie coal fields. Married in Collie 1950 to Leokadia Charczuk. Three children. Very active in Polish cultural work and migrant resettlement. President of Sikorski Club for many years. Received the Order of Poland in 2000 for services to Polish the migrant community in Australia.
