Deported to Russia in 1942, followed by camps in Tanganyika 1942-1949. In Australia married Tadeusz Budniak. Had five children; Robert, Lech, Eliza, Tomasz and Joanna. Devoted to Polish community - scouts, dance groups, schools. Lived in Sydney for 44 years.
