Peter (originally from Ireland) and Philomena (originally from Singapore) immigrated from London, UK with their 3 young children, Moira, Anthony and Neil. They bought a house in Morley and had two more children, Sean and Bridget. Philomena's parents, Stanley and Marjorie Phillips immigrated to Perth in 1974 to join them.
