Read their story

"Bill" trained briefly on an Irish farm before joining 27 others sponsored by the Richhill Training Scheme. He joined the WAGR in 1940 after some years as a farmhand near Narrogin. Married in 1934 to Margaret Dunn. He achieved his life's dream "to own a sedan car full of children” (Isabel, Norah, Arthur, James).
