Borys was a locksmith by trade. He was taken with his wife (Olga) and daughter (Wira) during WWII to work in the Kiel labour camps in Germany. Travelled to Fremantle by the ANNA SALEN and then the SKAUGUM. Worked in Roebourne as a carpenter for Public Works.
