Read their story

Arrived in Australia on Australia Day in 1954 with my parents Ivy and Albert Stockwell who were English Migrants. My father was stationed in India during the war and fought in the English army alongside the Rats of Tobruk. It was this association with the Aussie soldiers that made my father decide to emigrate to Australia due to the great comradeship shown with the Aussies.
