Settled in Boulder where he worked underground on the goldmines. In 1936 married Vjeka Sumich who emigrated from Makarska, Croatia. They had 3 children - Edie (Brisbane), Jacky (deceased) & Steve (Fremantle). Lived in Kalgoorlie until retirement to Perth. Died May 1975. A tribute to dad who taught us the work ethic.
