Arrived by himself in 1952. Worked as leading hand on the railways in numerous jobs. Married his wife Maria in 1953 by proxy. When she arrived in 1954 they settled in Fremantle. They had three children. Maria Grazia, Linetta and Roberto. Worked in a variety of jobs, eventually becoming a real estate agent.
