After first arriving in Fremantle, we settled in Elizabeth, South Australia, living there for 19 years before buying 12 acres of land in Penfield, South Australia. Successfully established an almond orchard of 2000 trees (mixed varieties). After 9 years we retired to Gawler, South Australia in 1984.
