Benedetta (nee Rabbone) and 5 year old son Salvatore Ferruccio travelled to WA to be reunited with husband/father Giuseppe. Giuseppe, having settled in WA 5 years earlier, worked over that time to save sufficient funds to establish himself and eventually pay for his wife and son's passage to Fremantle.
