Francesco Cirillo emigrated to Fremantle aged six, with his mother Rosa, and two younger brothers Antonio & Carmelo, to join his father Domenico who arrived two years earlier in 1952. His sister Maria was born later. Francesco married Shirley (nee Anderson) and produced a son Michael and a daughter Jacinta.
