Maria Rosa arrived in the Lloyd Triestino ship with her son Frank (7 years), and was met by her husband Rosario who had arrived 6 months earlier by plane. They settled in Boyanup then moved to Bunbury. They had 4 more children - Guido (Bill), Robert and twins Margaret and Anita.
