My mother Anica, arrived in Australia with her two younger siblings to begin a new life. They were very excited about coming to Australia. The trip was very rough particularly from Fremantle to Victoria. She recalls that the Greek migrants were not happy about the food on the trip & demanded beans which caused some commotion. My mother thanks Australia for giving her a new life!
