Lorenza was twelve when she travelled to Australia with her youngersister, Franca. Their parents had migrated nine years earlier. Brother, Luciano and sister, Clera were waiting for them. She married Giuseppe Dellacqua in 1947 and had four children Diana, Kim, Gary and Sonia.
