Mrs FS & six children, Ruth, Ethel, Charlotte, Dorothy, Sydney & Linda, were preceded by Mr FS six weeks earlier to find accommodation & employment before the family arrived. The oldest son Fred, at the age of sixteen years came nine months earlier & went to friends in Victoria joining the family here in Western Australia soon after their arrival.
