Sent here under C of E Immigration Scheme. Upon disembarkment chosen by an employer from a photo published in the Western Mail. He saw army War Service in Darwin. Married Jean Isabel Larkman in 1941. Rearing 3 children. They resided in Toodyay until their death in 1992.
