John (Jack) & Charlotte (Lottie) Burton & sons Roy & Tony came to WA after WW2 because of the shortage of food. When they left England they still had their ration books which were taken away from them when they boarded the ORION at Tilbury Docks. They arrived in Fremantle in February 1952 (the month King George VI died). Charlotte's mother Nina Mary Forrest also came with the family.
