Born 1869. 4th son Capt Richard Bullen R.N. Educated Christ's Hospital London. Obtained Master's Cert. Merchant Navy. Entered the Church - Deacon, Priest, Chaplain, 1894 - 1899 Bombay, India. Assist Priest East London, England. Came to WA 1899. Priest Kanowna, Coolgardie, East Fremantle. In 1904 married Amy Dowson, daughter of Prof. John Dowson - 6 children - Rector of Church of the Holy Trinity York for 21 years. Died 1935 aged 66 years, last parish Maylands.
