Alice's father, Francis arrived on the 'Minero' 12 months before his family. Alice married Londoner, Thomas Wright Bennett & had nine children. Three lived to adulthood. Dorothy married David Sydney Broomfield & had two children (Warwick & Desbye); ); Nancy married Keith Maisey & had three children (Wantha, Kay & Milton) & Donald married Georgina Knowler & had two children (Alan & Gretchen).
