Son of John Broad (Dobwalls Cornwall) & Mariann Wise (London). Frank took up land at Cunderdin, naming it "Broadvue". Cleared the land & built mud brick home himself. Had chaff cutting & transport business. Married Mary Ellen Kelly 1903. Son Syndey Roy born 1906. Frank died 1907 (peritonitis) aged 30
