Moved to South Australia & then Melbourne where he married Muriel Parer 03/09/1912. Managed various hotels for father-in-law James Parer in Victoria. Moved to NT back to Victoria & then to NSW. Seven children, two boys & five girls. Died Kiama 25/04/1981.
