Read their story

Family originated from Vilnius, Poland and forced to leave home because of WWII. We were resettled in Germany spending time in various 'Displaced Persons Camps'. In 1949 we left Germany passing through Austria to Italy where we embarked on Norwegian ship SKAUGUM in Naples for Australia in December 1949.
