Migrated to West Australia with wife Desa and son Srecko. He tried finding work but had difficulty with language. He found work at Midland Brick a short time later where he worked for many years. He saved what little money he earned and bought a car. He had two daughters Suzi and Mary. Eventually bought and settled in Midland where he still lives with his wife.
