David was a teamster for JS Davis - Dairying, Mt Pleasant. Aquired farms 'Eastbrook', 'Winding Dell', Moonyoonooka until 1911. Rachel - skilled horsewomen, midwife & seamstress. Family of 11.Three died infants, 1 youth, 2 bachelors. Rest married; many descendants. David died 1873 broken neck when fell from horse. Rachel married John Maines 1875.
