Settled in Lake Grace in 1911. Cleared the farm later known as " Brockham". Married Francis Sinclair in 1925. Children Neil, Robert, Frederick, Margaret - Chairman Hospital Board - Instrumental ub Building Hospital , Chairman of Co-Op, Served on shire, Lay reader in Anglican church. Successfully established “Brockham Merino Sheep Stud” in 1933.
