Marcello worked as a stonemason at the New Norcia Mission, returning to Italy in 1919 & married Rosa in 1921. He returned to Australia on the Regina d'Italia in 1925 leaving behind Rosa & the two children, Dorina & John, who joined him at New Norcia on 1/4/1930.
