Left the RN in 1947 & rejoined the BPO. On 04/01/1950 seconded to the East Africa until September 1962. Returning to UK. The family decided to go to WA where we had relations & friends. Arriving on Xmas Eve 1965. Found a position with the PMG's Department and started on 16-1-1966 retiring from Telecom Australia 1984.
