Left Tilbury 21.7.1923. Came via Suez Canal to Fremantle, by train & truck to East Witchcliffe, Group 72. Here Francis drove a team of horses extending the railways. Left & eventually settled in area now known as Denbarker. Five more children born to them. Retired and died at Manjimup.
