John Beer accompanied by wife Frances & children Lilian, John, Margorie & Freda. Travelled to WA because of Freda's ill health. Also had sally connections with Harris family (Rolf's early generations). John Beer Snr assisted with development of ANZAC House (Mt Hawthorn) & Fairbridge Farm via Kingston Fairbridge.
