Read their story

Leonhard jumped ship in Fremantle. Worked near Bruce Rock, went back to Germany, married Babette then returned to Bruce Rock. Moved to Buntine as pioneer farmers. Babette was the first white woman in Wubin/Buntine district. Gustavliebe was their next door neighbour. Their descendants now number over 150.
