Migrated to Western Australia to build a better life. Settled in Harvey working as a potato grower. Married Francesca Lapedalina in 1938, Francesca joined him in Harvey 1939. Salvatore & Francesca had 4 children - Giuseppe, Pasqualino, Maria & Francesco. Settled with their family in Carlisle & worked at Cullity Timbers.
