Aenid gained employment at the Esplanade Hotel Middleton Beach with a family member the 1st Mrs Isaac Matson and worked as Maid/Waitress and General House Duties. Later she met and married George Manley in St John's Church on 15th September 1913. For many years she was a great supporter of St John's Church, Mothers Union, Early Childhood Infant Health Clinic and Silver Chain in Albany. Mum died in 1978 and is buried in Albany Cemetery.
