Veteran of Waterloo. Fought with Duke of Wellington. His wife Elizabeth was a well known midwife, known as 'Granny Adams'. Both buried in Fremantle Cemetery.

  • William Adams was my great-great grandfather. I am now writing about him for a school assignment. My great-grandmother mother was Laurie (nee Adams) Hart.

  • William Adams was my great great great grandfather on my mothers side. I have been putting together my family tree over the last couple of years. I have also been in contact with the Waterloo 200 group in the UK and have had William included in the Waterloo Bicentenary Commemorative magazine.
